How do I check my points balance?
Sign into your account at www.hugoandhudson.com and go to the loyalty points section
where you can your points balance.
What can Loyalty Paw points be spent on?
Loyalty Paw points can be spent on non-sale items. Points cannot be deducted from sale
and clearance items.
How many points can I earn on my order?
You can accumulate 1 point for every £1 spent on our website. You will also have access to
other ways to obtain additional rewards to help your points grow.
How do I sign up to Loyalty Paws?
Simply join on the ‘Loyalty Paws’ section of our website.
How much does it cost to join the Loyalty Paws loyalty programme?
Nothing, that’s right, it’s free to join, and you start earning points straight away.
Can I earn points when buying a gift card?
When a customer purchases a gift card, you will not earn points for the purchase. These
points are earned by the recipient of the gift card when they go to spend it.
Do you earn points when you use a gift card?
Points are issued when a customer uses a gift card to make a purchase. Please note as
stated in question above, points are not given when a gift card is initially purchased. This is
done to prevent points being awarded twice during the gift card purchase process.
When can I spend my Loyalty Paw points/How can they be redeemed?
After your purchase, your points will appear to be pending in your account. When you have
enough points, you can log in to our Loyalty Paws section, go to the rewards launcher and
choose which reward you would like to redeem.
What happens to my points if I return an item?
If you are not happy with your purchase and decide to return your items back to Hugo &
Hudson for a refund, the points associated with each product will be calculated and
removed from your account accordingly.
How do I spend my points?
When you have collected 100 points, you’ll get £5 to spend. The more points you earn, the
greater your savings will be and the more you will be able to redeem on your orders. Your
points can redeemed against any orders over £25.
Do I have to join the Loyalty Paws to shop with Hugo & Hudson?
Not at all, our Loyalty Paws loyalty programme is optional for customers and is just a way
for us to thank you for ordering from Hugo & Hudson with points and rewards. Customers
that don’t want to join the Loyalty Paws loyalty programme and still shop and place orders
on our website.
