Refund policy

We recommend checking the fit before removing any tags or using the item, as once the tags have been removed or the item has been used, it will no longer be eligible for return.

Changed your mind?

Customer satisfaction is our priority at Hugo and Hudson, which means that if you are not fully satisfied, or have changed your mind, you can return your item(s) within 28 days from the date that you received your goods, as long as the item(s) has not been used and the tags are still attached for a full no-quibble refund.

For bundle purchases, all items included in the bundle must be returned together in order to be eligible for a refund. Partial returns from a bundle cannot be refunded.

Should you change your mind about a purchase, we will give you a full refund, but in this instance, customers are required to cover the return postage costs.

Please refer to the despatch note enclosed with your order for the return postage instructions which are also listed below.

How to return an item

Please carefully repackage the item and send it back to:

We kindly ask that you include your order number EG: (HH12345) and reason for return when returning an item(s).

Please return the item(s) with sufficient postage to cover the cost of the delivery in its original packaging. If the packaging cannot be used, then please use the most suitable packaging.

We do not offer exchanges. If you require a different size or style, please place a new order through our website.

Your return will be processed within 14 days from when we receive your parcel, this does not affect your 28 days return window.

Faulty Goods

In the unlikely and unfortunate event that there is a fault with your product, please contact our customer services team info@hugohudson.co.uk for us to rectify this for you.

Please note we do not accept cheques or postal orders. Goods will not be sent out unless full payment is received.

Mutts & Hounds Product Returns ONLY

If you have purchased a Mutts & Hounds product from Hugo & Hudson that you wish to return, please email info@hugohudson.co.uk in the first instance and we can instruct you further.
