Changed your mind?

Customer satisfaction is our priority at Hugo and Hudson, which means that if you are not fully satisfied, or have changed your mind, you can return your item(s) within 28 days from the date that you received your goods, as long as the item(s) has not been used and the tags are still attached for a full no-quibble refund.

Should you change your mind about a purchase, we will give you a full refund, but in this instance, customers are required to cover the return postage costs.

Please refer to the despatch note enclosed with your order for the return postage instructions which are also listed below.

How to return or exchange an item
When you carefully repackage the item, please send it back to:

We kindly ask that you include your order number EG: (HH12345) and reason for return when returning an item(s).

Please return the item(s) with sufficient postage to cover the cost of the delivery in its original packaging. If the packaging cannot be used, then please use the most suitable packaging.

Where possible, we will exchange the same product for a different size. This may result in a price difference. If this is the case, we will process the refund or request further payment before completing the exchange process.

Your return will be processed within 14 days from when we receive your parcel, this does not affect your 28 days return window.

Faulty Goods
In the unlikely and unfortunate event that there is a fault with your product, please contact our customer services team returns@hugohudson.co.uk or alternatively call 0207 1128088 Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00 for us to arrange a refund or replacement.

Please note we do not accept cheques or postal orders.
Goods will not be sent out unless full payment is received.
